The Nexus Community Partners, in partnership with Elevate Business, hosted a presentation titled, “Introduction to Succession Planning and Employee-owned Business Models” to debunk common misconceptions about Worker Cooperatives. They do a wonderful job of providing information on how the conversion process works, sources of capital for conversion strategies, and provide practical next steps for owners.
This workshop also provides valuable content for current employees who are interested in learning how to plan for the future of their business, as well as entrepreneurs looking for ways to strengthen their business plans.
